•Provide leadership, direction and assistance to management by providing Monthly Business plans and its execution techniques.
• Yearly finalization of Accounts of India and Singapore Company.

• Preparation of Project Finance Report and related workings to get the project fund approved from Banks, Financial Institutions and Private Equities.
• Monthly P&L Accounts statement evaluation and giving recommendations to the Board of Directors.
• Preparing and evaluating cash flows daily for planning of 4 group companies located in Dubai, Singapore, Gandhinagar (India) and Ahmedabad (India).
• Conducting Auditing, Due Diligence & Feasibility Studies.
• Handling Import and Export Documentation and all procedures.
• Commercial and proprietary clearances of all financial and commercial transactions of all the group companies.
• Analysis of commercial contracts, capital investment and expected return with risk involved, forecasting profit on the basis of competitive pricing.
• Planning foreign remittances keeping FEMA, RBI and other related regulations in consideration.
• Exposure to International Taxation, Transfer Pricing, DTAA agreements etc

Yearly finalization of Accounts
Preparation of Project Finance Report and related workings to get the project fund approved from Banks, Financial Institutions and Private Equities.
Monthly working of VAT, TDS, Service Tax.
Attending bank queries and providing required information related to renewal of facilities, checking the facility letter, comparison with previous terms and conditions, pointing out any changes, and reporting to Group CFO.
Prepare budgets and forecasts and present the same to the management team on a monthly basis.
Develop MIS to provide feedback to top management on financial situation of the company. Ratio Analysis for present and future trend.
Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a regular basis.
Responsible for Preparation of Annual budget.
Compile documentation for audit and coordinate with statutory auditors for timely completion of audit.
Coordinating for Statutory, Internal and Tax Audits.
Liaise with banker for realignment of overdraft limit.
Monthly submission of Drawing Power Statements, Quarterly Information Report and other relevant requirements to the bankers.
Reconcile, adjust and maintain Balance Sheet accounts such as prepaid expense, petty cash, accounts receivable, payroll related payables, loan and notes receivables, deferred income accounts, etc.
Working capital management, cash flow projections.

Responsible for Internal and Management Audit of Public Limited Companies in the field of Manufacturing, Service Industry, Trading Business.
Plan, identify, and test controls; present findings and recommend actions to management.
Successfully completed due diligence assignment of a Ductile Iron Pipe Manufacturing company and suggested significant value addition in buy out negotiation.
Exposure to financial analysis and assisting management by giving value addition providing financial advise
Conducting end to end process audit of purchase function, sales function, accounting functions, compliances, taxation related matters etc and advising management on the areas of improvement.
