• Handling multiple projects simultaneously and capable of running with a project from initial concept to completion.
• Maintaining Key relationships with Line Manager, Project Manager, Functional Managers, Project team
• Ensure the full coordination with all trades considering Designers, Planners, QS, Architect, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, 3rd party consultants, Subcontractors, method of statement, QCP, ITP accordance to Specs requirements and reporting to the senior manager.
• Reviews contractor-submitted structural, architectural shop drawings, Fit out & Joinery works, material submittals, interiors and exterior finishes, mock-ups, landscaping, and coordinates with the concerned departments for obtaining their approval and comments.
• Liaising with contractors and considers his concerns technically, contractually, commercially &provides technical guidance in accordance to project specifications.
• Developing project related documents which might include High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, Migration Plan, Test Plan, Methods of Procedures, Network Implementation Plan, As-Built guide.
• Negotiates changes to the scope of work / variations/ quotations/Payment Invoices with the Client and key subcontractors.
• Reporting weekly/ monthly project progress and presenting the Quarterly Performance to top management. Attending weekly progress review meeting with contractor, prepare MOM and chase action items to close them before the committed schedules.
• Leading the project team allocated to the project, defining main guidelines, allocating project tasks and motivating and monitoring internal and external resources to accomplish all tasks and milestones. Providing performance feedback regarding allocated resources working on projects.
• Review initiation requirements and necessary documentations of projects for official submissions and approvals in order to ensure that all required approvals are obtained as per established timelines.
• Plans, directs, supervises and controls the execution of all fiscal and administrative functions of the project and the site team
• Supervise the quality of finishes works complies with project specs, contract requirement, Construction standard & Compliance with approved shop drawing.
• Ensure that all materials used in site comply with the approved Material Specification & Material Approval.
• Monitors and reports to senior manager on the progress of all project activities within the program, including significant milestones and any conditions, which would affect project cost, schedule, performance.
• Establishes risk management, reviews of claims and highlights key contractual issues.
• Leads the project delivery (planning, executing, time, cost, quality& handover) of assigned package

• Controlling project works from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design are executed in site.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to the Contractor project team and MEP subcontractor’s
• Discussing the conceptual design of Structural, Architectural drawings, Interior fit out design and MEP Provisions as per the client requirements.
• Inspecting the project construction works in accordance to the approved shop drawing, method statement, Quality Control Procedure, Inspection test plan & Inspection test request.
• Reviving of shop drawings for Structural/Arch & MEP provisions with Technical manager’s aspects with design code regulation, Authority regulations and requirements.
• Witness’s contractors’ material selection, installation and quality control inspections to ensure that the permanent and finishing works are constructed according to the contract, applicable codes, standards, approved drawings and specifications.
• Reviews job plans, method of statement, material selection, equipment, and detects potential problems in conforming to established schedules or specifications
• Dealing with issues of variation orders and settlement of claims in negotiation with subcontractors.
• Disseminating project information / meeting notes / discussions with senior manager, other Project Specialist and Engineers for smooth progress of the project.
• Acting as key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare the project specific procedures and Act as the focal point on the project for execution technical, coordination, quality, within the budget, project completion, hand over and snagging.
• Coordinating with Approved Independent Testing Laboratory (ITL) that all test results related to specific ITR meet the project specification & requirements.
• Handling RFI's received from the Contractor and solving within contractually.
• Ensuring the project follows and complies with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Monitor the progress of projects and ensure that all projects are executed and delivered in alignment with defined expectations and objectives.
• Completion of a project, prepare final documentation, close out report and participate in reviewing it with relevant parties.

• Execution of Civil Marine works, infrastructures and their related facilities
• In charge for construction of coastal and waterfront structures, rehabilitation of beaches such as wharves, jetties, piers, breakwaters, groins, shoreline armoring, and access channels.
• Handling Port terminal planning and execution of maritime offshore structures, hydro technical, coastal processes, coastal site selection and inspections.
• Coordinating for Coastal resilience measures such as revetments, shoreline protection, stabilization, beach and dune nourishment, evaluation of sea level rise and storm impacts, ecosystem enhancement, and optimizing harbors, marsh creation, waterways, and marine terminals breakwaters, groynes and sea defenses for small craft harbors, and sea marines.
• Establishing the Integrated coastal and civil infrastructures to support waterfront development and natural systems.
• Preparing Green shores, living breakwaters, artificial reefs, dune restoration and beach nourishment programs in sensitive ecosystems such as coastal wetlands and flood plains.
• Arranging cost estimates, budgets, and the work timetables.
• Instructing and monitoring the construction personnel and activities on site.
• Act as the main technical adviser on a construction site for site engineers, subcontractors, craftspeople and operatives
• Ensure that all materials used and work performed in accordance with the specifications and contractual documents.
• Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
• Provide sound technical advice and solutions to a diversity of technical problems across the entire project.
• Review and execute the works accordance to contract documents for each Construction Package

• Day-to-day management of the site supervising, monitoring the site labors work force and subcontractors.
• Planning the work, efficiently organizing the construction and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
• Resolving technical issues with supervisors, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities
• Liaising with project purchasing department to ensure that purchase orders adequately define the specified requirements
• Managing the construction works in coordination with the consultants to ensure completion within the time, scope and quality expected for the projects.
• Control project budget, scope of work, project time schedule etc.
• Executes the work in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
• Report to project lead regularly on project updates.
