• Preparing, analyzing, and monitoring budget of Ministry of Education & other governmental entities throw-out implementation Results-Oriented-Budget (ROB) approach and Medium-Term-Expenditure-Framework (MTEF).
• Preparing quarterly financial reports, controlling monthly financial transfer vouchers & other budget allocation tools and preparing periodic reports for the Cabinet.
• Follow up & reviewing entities budget expenditure during the fiscal year by implementation Reviewing & Evaluating System and quarterly performance reports.
• Participation in building & implementation of the Government Financial Management Information system (GFMIS) throw implementation Oracle & Hyperion Financial System according to budget cycle & financial legislation applied in preparing, allocation and Monitoring of budget.
• Giving advice about business rules should be on Oracle & Hyperion system that matches with budget law & allocation tools implemented in Jordan according to Result-Oriented-budget (ROB) aspects.
• Giving several training courses of implementation GFMIS application (Oracle\Hyperion), on Budget Preparation & Project Management for the key users of the system.
