Carry out coaching and support activities related to the sale of investments and insurance products by Signature Service Senior wealth management advisors to meet the needs of affluent and high-net-worth (HNWI) members and clients in terms of investments (Separately Managed Accounts (SMAs), Mutual Funds, ETFs & Structured Notes) within a discretionary and non-discretionary Management offer

Help increase sales and spur demand to support business growth by specifically promoting the brand and product image. Make recommendations on the planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex projects and initiatives that require comprehensive analysis and understanding of the organization and line of business.
In charge of the analysis of the overall sales and business development performance of Desjardins Signature Service Centres. Contribute to the analysis of the business model performance (Customer, service standards, use of levers). Identify gaps and business priorities. Monitor market trends and coordinate business development activities. Identify the areas of improvement of the processes and ensure their implementation, recommends appropriate solutions in line with the business plan.
