Starting from 2009 as a finance Manager, my first mission the establishment of the algerian subsidiary, After then i was the first responsible to set up and build Finance department
starting from 2010 i was in charge of finance department by managing Accounting (AP, AR, CM, Importation, GL) as per IFRS and local GAAP, Treasury (credit line set up, importation management, cash flow) and Tax (monthly tax declaration, yearly tax declaration, CIT filing)
During two years i was in charge of local Accounting general ledger and monthy reconcilaition with US GAAP
the main tasks was managing the importation files and booking by calculation the COGS
monthly inventory reconciliation
monthy GL closing reporting
monthly tax declaration
CIT filing
coordination with different audit (legal, contractual, head quarter)
I WAS IN CHARGE OF SETTING UP ACCOUNTING RULES AND CONTROLING ACCOUNTING AND TREASURY OF THE COMPANY
ALSO I WAS IN CHARGE OF MANAGING DIFFERENT TAX DECLARATIONS
I WAS IN CHARGE OF FINANCIAL ANALYSIS AND BUDGER SETTING
ALSO I WAS A CONTROLLER OF FINANCE DEPARTMENT
DURING TWO YEARS I ACCOMPLISHED MY LOCAL CPA DIPLOMA
DURING ONE WEEK WE HAVE STUDIED IFRS IN SUMMARY
DURING MORE THEN 6 MONTHS, ONE WEEK PER MONTH I HAVE STADIED IFRS
