 OD Tasks:
• Building the HR department from the scratch.
• Develop the company's Organizational Charts annually with line managers considering organizational & departmental objectives.
• Designing and implement the performance appraisal system.
• Prepare reports with final data concerning laborer turnover.
• Establishing job descriptions, job specification, and job evaluation.
• Setting the manpower plans and following up its applications.
• Conduct job analysis and design job descriptions to ensure continuous updates of jobs to match business needs.
• Conduct the needed analysis and documentation for organizational units to ensure compliance to external and internal needs and changes.
• Conduct the needed analysis, suggestion, and implementation of organization and productivity development programs to ensure productivity improvement
• Conduct the needed studies and generate ideas related to organization development projects to support in the improvement of HR systems like selection validation and reliability testing.
 Recruitment Tasks:
• Responsible for the overall administration of tests &evaluation of candidates.
• Help in developing a database to facilitate the selection process & Develop, implement Recruitment plans and programs.
• Conducting initial or/and panel interviews.
• Make head hunted to qualified candidates to best position.
• Screening the applicant's CVS & classifies them according to job categories Requirements.
• design a professional advertising for our requirement of recruiting
• Use different sources of recruitment aiming to attract the best pool of candidates
• Conduct exit interviews and make analysis
• Contribute to the achievement of the HR Strategy& develop policies & procedures.
• Follow all process of recruiting & Hiring & reports to Recruitment Section Head.
• Make assessment of all interviews
