2) PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
§ Coordinate and administer the performance management cycle for administrative staff across the university.
§ Assist the management team and employees in setting and establishing the objectives and Key Performance
Indicator (KPIs) to ensure that they are business-based and SMART.
§ Provide mentoring support and be a strategic information resource to promote a performance culture to deans and
line managers through effective utilization of tools and resources, during the talent management process as
needed; answer any queries related to the policy or the process.
§ Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement analytic solutions that support strategic business decisions.
§ Develop performance management reports for senior management, deans and line managers, along with quality
KPIs validation support.
§ Receive appeals of grievances related to the performance management cycle and treat them in confidential manner
to protect the privacy of employees.
