 Implementing sales strategies and ensuring the achievement of sales targets
 Actively participate in government and private tenders starting with obtaining specifications and quantities, and prepare accurate quotations passing through technical and financial stages till issuing the final order
 Visit customers on a periodic basis to establish and reinforce personal and company credibility with customers.
 Provide technical support to the customers required for the operation of assigned products
 Assist customers in their development to reinforce the spirit of partnership.
 Remain up-to-date on customers’ development, competitor activities, and prepare relevant reports and statistics.
 Monitor accounts’ performance in terms of growth, profitability, and repeat business.
 Identify and develop relations with new transactional customers.
 Ensure that product orders are fulfilled in a timely and cost-effective manner, and update customers on their status.
 Manage complaints filed by customers.
 Supervise the marketing activities and organize marketing campaigns on the assigned product line.
 Establish a healthy business relationship with all suppliers, and remain updated on the latest trends and technologies in the line.
 In-charge of controlling the inventories of assigned product line.
 Establish sound and effective marketing strategy on assigned product line.
 Keep a close eye on the latest developments on products of competitive nature to our line of products.
 Prepare a yearly budget to the Sales Manager pertaining to the funds required for the marketing activities.
 Organize training sessions to the Customer staff providing them with all the technicalities and advantages on the product line.
 Contribute to the continuous growth of the assigned products.
