1. Select & Recruit the best staff that can fit in the organization, increase the efficiency of the organization performance and turn the HR and Recruitment Function to be a profitable function through hiring for outsourcing the resources in customer’s location.
2. Follow the customers’ satisfaction regarding the outsourced hired resources to ensure that they are matching their requirements to keep good relation with our customers. In the meanwhile, communicate with the resources to check their satisfaction which lead to improve their performance in the customers’ location.
3. Ensure the Accuracy of the monthly payroll reports and review all payroll change actions updates on the payroll system.

4. Review the employee balance and insuring it is accurate on the system.

5. Ensure that all employees have bank accounts to get their monthly payroll in their bank accounts.

6. Ensure all new employees after probation period are socially insured.

7. Keep updated records/ files for social insurance.

8. Retain the existing employees & increase their willing & satisfaction to stay in the company by providing them with satisfactory compensation and benefits and having healthy employee relations’ environment through providing the employees with: Follow Systematic and Fair Salary Structure, Providing Medical Care Service, Implementing Incentive Scheme, developing the performance of the new employees and involving the employees in the company vision to increase their involvement.
9. Develop the performance of the new & exist employees through making Training Needs Assessments “ TNA” to make plan for employees’ development process and providing the staff with the required training that develop their performance with beneficial training & through evaluating staff performance .
10. Ensuring the full awareness of the new comers with company profile, policies, systems, benefits and practices in the orientation sessions.
11. Providing effective communication with the employees/ managers for clarity of any updated policies, systems, training required, reporting lines, organization structures, promotions …etc.
12. Ensuring employees satisfaction regarding the effectiveness of handling their requests and answering their Concerns within suitable time.
13. Ensuring that Employees files are completed properly within deadlines.
14. Ensuring that the subscription of the employees for Medical Care Services and the refund process are implemented according to the company policies.
15. Ensuring the efficiency of the process of providing employees with Loans’ benefit and that the implementation according to company policy.
16. Ensuring the availability and delivery of forms required for requesting promotion process, providing accurate data required for the promotion process and keeping records of those data and decision taken.
17. Ensuring the efficiency of the appraisal process regarding the delivery of the accurate appraisal sheets to the different departments, communicating its content to the employees and collecting the filled sheets and fill the required reports according to it.
18. Providing entertainment plans, its budget and ensuring the proper implementation.
19. Providing accurate reports and analysis for the turnover rate and ensuring the smoothness of the resignation process.
