Supervise Air and sea shipments clearance in case of CIF, C&F, EXW and FOB Basis.
Supervise & follow up the daily work of custom officers team
Manage to get the required ministries approvals for non food &home center shipments when needed.
Manages ans ensure the smooth transition of shipments.
Verifies suppliers submitted copy of Docs and makes sure it matches with custom requirements.
Manage the team to do insurance for required import & export shipments.
Make sure that (Originals) received from supplier's documentation freight forwarder relevant information for review & submit to customs broker.
Communicates any discrepancies or issues in documentation to all internal & external concerned parties.
Maintain all costing is provided by the admin to finance properly.
Communicating Demurrages reason with merchandise.
claims follow up with service providers & insurance company.
Updates the weekly issues report.
Preparing daily inbound report.
Working on ERP ORMS & SCMADS systems.
Responsible for dealing with Foreign and local suppliers and exporters around all the world, search for them, agree with them about Products and details of shipments and following up with shipping companies till arrival & delivery of the shipments
