Provide clients with courteous, accurate and complete information and related to all AMIDEAST programs and services Organize placement tests (date and timing) and enter all client placement test details and class/session information in the database Proctor Placement Tests on and off -site Advise, register and enroll clients in sessions \[classes Create classes on internal information systems and enter necessary client information and updates Receive payment, generate receipts for services rendered and processes refunds nform (via email or SMS) clients and teachers egarding changes in times/ cancellations or circumstances that would alter the regular teaching schedule Record and convey client feedback to the relevant department to ensure services are responsive and improving
