• Coordinating the ASHR (advanced student honor roll) event ceremony including preparing the students’ list, ordering medals and trophies, preparing the gift bags, proposing ideas to improve provided services and event quality, organizing facilities, and managing all event details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests.
