- After taking a risk in shifting my career to an educational one, I got a better chance of being a Homeroom Teacher where I had more responsibilities to teach the children more subjects.
- I had to adapt quickly to the change in curriculum and study quick to be able to organize time tables and classes.
- I had to analyze the abilities of each individual child to give their parents the feedback they need to understand where there could be room for improvement in a very professional and friendly manner.
- Giving children the emotional and parental support in the classroom to ease their way into learning more and comprehending the classes better.
- Handled all the postings for Instagram, Facebook, etc.
- Analytical reports to clients to understand more of how the posts were working and the audiences reactions towards them.
- Creating and sending out weekly newsletters to all our subscribers with catch-phrases and keywords that would lead our clients to gain more customers.
- Working closely with the graphic artists to portray the visuals that I want to send out to our customers, I can easily relay my message in a descriptive manner where the artist wouldn't find any difficulty in portraying the same.
- Visuals capture more attention than literal descriptive media and thats why I attempted learning graphic design to assist the designer with my ideas.
- Coordinating with the team to upload and post our events that we were in charge of to get more people to follow our socials and whilst appealing to more clients as possible in the process.
- After learning my passions to be selling and teaching, I have chosen to take a risk and totally shift my career to the educational stream.
- In my first semester, I have found that I could easily communicate with children as easy as adults from previous experiences.
- Teaching for me was just a means of conveying an idea to the kids, where my visual, literal and active approach towards education has made the children enjoy the class and enjoy the process of learning.
- It was a challenge for me to divert my whole career towards teaching as I never did teach before, but it was a risk I was willing to make to try new things and thankfully, I have succeeded.
- After completing two years in Harvey Nichols, I had a better opportunity with a higher position and salary in ONTIME that I have agreed to and continued my retail career there.
- I was approaching the customers in a friendly angle to explain to them why the watches or other accessories were priced highly to convince them to purchase it.
- I learnt as much as possible the history of the brands I sell and I was in charge of, to approach the customers in a manner where the watch they're buying has a story to tell.
- I tried to teach the team what I have learnt to express my team work / professionalism to help them help more customers which will eventually lead to more sales.
- Began my career in Kuwait in 2012 when Harvey Nichols recruited me from overseas after seeing my potential and giving me a chance.
- I was greeting all customers with a smile to make them feel at home and ease their ways into their purchases.
- I was known to be very friendly with the customers where they would ask for me personally and my personal recommendations when it comes to outfits and styles.
- Being the curious person I am, I kept trying to learn more about the brand, more ways to benefit the company and share some ideas with the management that can turn into a healthy profit.
- We used to be visited regularly by designers who would present their brand to learn more about the products that we're selling to the customers and learn ways to approach them to get their attention.
- We used to get regular trainings from our seniors to expand our measures with selling to customers. I was usually asked for my feedback and recommendation before and after hand because I had my own way of selling that the customers really liked.
- Inditex is one of the largest distributors of brands: Zara, Pull and Bear, Massimo Dutti, Stradivarius, Oysho, Burberry & Zara Home.
- Started out as a sales representative for almost a year. During that year I have learnt a lot and I have mastered their policies and the way that customers accept information to avoid any confusion or unnecessary altercations.
- Within a year I was promoted to care center executive where I would handle aggressive customers or the ones who wouldn't agree on our policies.
- I was in charge for a brief period on training newbies their first quarter and evaluating them accordingly.
- I kept on learning and pushing myself to learn more skills in my workplace to benefit them as much as possible. I have then got a chance to migrate to Kuwait and to gain a phenomenal experience in the days to come.
