• Maintaining clients pension schemes records, files and keeping up to date records of
pension scheme members.
• Processing timely payrolls for annuitants and ensuring that they are 100% accurate.
• Managing payroll data and meeting all payroll deliverables.
• Data alignment and verification for new pension schemes loading and monthly updates.
Verifying pension schemes exits /claims and timely processing of member benefits
payments upon exit.
• Providing pension plan members statements on their pension benefits on a yearly basis,
when employment or plan membership ends, and at retirement, as well as a statement to
the plan member’s beneficiaries upon the death of the member.
• Responding to general benefits and payroll inquiries and complaints from plan members
on their benefits, payments and building strong relationships with the clients.
• Conserving already existing business.
• Liaising with contact persons and outsourced payroll providers on monthly pension
payments and benefits schedules.
• Determining plan beneficiaries’ entitlements under the pension plan.
• Preparing returns in respect of the retirement benefits business as assigned for submission
within the timelines provided to the regulators.
• Ensuring proper filling of essential pension schemes documents.
• Providing pension plan members with information when they join the pension plan, in the
form of member booklet that explains how the plan works, how contributions are made
and plan members' rights and responsibilities.
• Making payments to plan beneficiaries when they are due.
• Making regular visits to clients.
• Ensuring all schemes are managed and administered in full compliance of existing
legislation and that annuitants payroll policies are up to date.
• Constantly liaising with service providers such as scheme custodians and investment
managers to ensure that set timelines are achieved in relation to compensation of member
benefits.
• Supporting Team leaders and administrators as required in ensuring team targets are met
and set out procedures are followed.
