•Responsible for the operation of water treatment plant in a safely and efficient manner.
•Responsible in chemical fillings and chemical dosing to maintain desired water quality in all process.
•Conduct Silt Density Index test.
•Maintain operating parameters through DCS/PLC in all process.
•Coordinate in CCR all activities involving water treatment plant operation and maintenance.
•Issue trouble memo in all plant machineries and equipment to the concerned department.
•Perform CIP in SWRO and BWRO as required.
•Perform regeneration of Mixed Bed Ion exchanger.
•Monitor all water tanks level to ensure sufficient supply of water in all areas (Boiler, Firefighting water, Demi water, service water & Potable water).
•Support activities in wastewater treatment plant.
Responsibilities
•Conduct of Commissioning activities such as flushing of pipe lines, motor solo run test, load testing, air blowing and etc.
•Barricading, Lock-out Tag-out (LOTO) of equipment, valves & others
•Actively participate in ensuring good order & tidiness
•Report risky and incidents, initiate first respond action to reduce further escalation of incidents
•Opening or Closing of manual valves
•Proper coordination/turnover to co-workers & supervisor for detailed and accurate information with regards the status of all plant equipment and operating condition
•Communicate with varied workgroups including construction, contractors, maintenance according to project guidelines
•Work in all equipment existing in scope area to support other personnel for immediate completion of commissioning
•Repair gauges, pumps, filters, instrumentation and control equipment including flow meters and other water quality monitoring equipment.
•Followed the safety regulations while doing the Commissioning activities and follow all safety norms giving top priority for the safety of operating personnel.
•Share experience with other Commissioning and Maintenance personnel
