Administrative Function:
Ensures all inbound shipments have the correct paperwork i.e. Import Bill, FZ BOE, invoice, packing list, awb, duty receipts etc.
Ensures all relevant documentation are handed over to Dxb base ops for processing of export shipments
Obtains the TNT Dxb base ops staff signature on the TNT consignment note for all exports
Ensures all 3rd party suppliers count the number of boxes before handover and deliver on a TNT delivery sheet
Ensures all 3rd party pod’s are updated on the TNT track and trace system.
Ensures all FZ BOE shipments being sent to RHS is handed over only to the nominated TNT DCO staff
Ensures all material received at TNT Rashidiya / Jebel Ali is updated correctly on the inventory system
Checks and handovers all custom duty payments to Storapart Manager for payment once every week
Maintains a proper filing and record system for all imports and exports which is easily accessible
Operations:
Ensures materials are stored in their proper location.
Ensures orders are prepared on time, materials verified and counted before dispatch
Ensures every order is packed well, suitable for carriage, adequate signs, stickers and marking are made on cartons
Verifies all each inbound shipment against the delivery note, invoice and packing list for accuracy.
Discrepancies like short receipt, damage, missing contents to be marked on delivery note / sheet and escalated to management
Ensures all FZ BOE or temporary admission bill shipments being sent to RHS is handed over to nominated TNT DCO staff
Visits TNT DCV once a week for an inventory check of all contract and demo material.
Maintains a clear distinction for all imports, exports and holding area
Performs an inventory check as per set schedule
Ensures adequate care and inventory control of all warehouse handling equipment.
Follows warehouse security procedures
Handles Enquiry Calls and Complaints
Proactively investigates potential service failures and liaises with other department in order to determine impact on the customer needs based on the service selected.
Proactively takes actions where applicable, to solve service issues.
Proactively contacts customers when service issues may affect delivery commitments, and understand customer needs in order to recommend appropriate solutions.
Ensures that solutions meet customer and business needs.
Answers calls in accordance to TNT Express telephone policy
Proactively provides customers with accurate product and pricing information based on their needs.
Proactively ensures that customers are aware of necessary paperwork and special instruction.
Provides first line support on how to use TNT’s self service tools and services.
Provides solutions and alternatives based on customer needs.
Handles Membership Sales (Individual, Corporate Accounts)
Provides customer and after sales service by handling inquiries and complaints of Clients
Telemarketing
Do Call Outs to set appointments for potential Clients
Performs administrative functions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis; ensures all Contracts of new members are completed and properly filled up
Communicates all rules and regulations of the Club to all Members
Does Sales Report
Endorsement to Personal Trainers, guides Members on Personal Training Sessions
