• Supervising all the consumables arranging and organizing as per designed rack.
• Scanning IN goods from supplier and update invoices in GFM (Goods Flow Manager) system.
• Original invoices and reports sending to Finance weekly bases for the payment.

 Consumables Dispatching
• Receiving the order form establishment through (AIMS) system.
• Supervising and preparing order request.
• Checking the items condition before handover to concern person.
• Scanning OUT through GFM System and filling transfer out report.

 Stock Taking Consumables and Merchandise
• To assess the level of unknown losses within the company’s stores.
• To ensure accurate records of the company’s stock holding and stock files are maintained.
• Preparing all material require for stocktaking
• Scanning and physically count all consumables and merchandise items.
• All count to be updating in system and repot to be sending to manager /finance.

 Manage the uniform section
Responsibility:
• Managing all the staffs and establishments uniform.
• Arrange all the uniforms as per the zones.
• Issuing new uniform to all staff and keeping record for up to date.
• Supervising the dirty uniform to laundry and receiving cleaned uniform and keep record IN and OUT file.
• Uniform department has arranged the following facilities in the department within the Kidzania premises
o Ironing
o Mend the damage uniform

• Preparing invoices through FMC after confirmed from dispatch.

 Stock taking (Inventory Control)

• Preparing all tools for the stock taking

• Counted all report updating in FMC
• Running report and analysis food cost
• If variance found investigating with relative department
