Responsibilities
To achieve all sales targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
To generate leads for potential sales.
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to Kcal products
To interpret customer health goals and needs and once achieved apply effective sales techniques to close the sale.
Customize clients menu based on their calories and macros..
Provide after sale customer service to guarantee clients satisfaction.
Renewing current clients monthly plans
Attend Fuel Up events to generate leads and to close potential sales.
Managing and developing from 15 - 20 advisors.
•Setting clear and stretching performance goals.
•Creating a motivated and engaged environment.
•Effective communication and first-time resolution coaching.
•Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee and customer

Capture and interpret customer requirements, and design complex and custom solutions to meet customer requirements.
•Build accurate scalable cost models and provide input into pricing strategy.
•Identify and document any risks to the solution.
•Document solution in RFP responses, proposals and Statement of Works/High Level Designs.
•Ensure solutions are deliverable in timeframes committed and have passed all appropriate VGE solution governance. Solutions should be scalable, repeatable, and utilizing existing standard services as much as possible.
