- Launch of the zero value prepaid sim in January 2013 in order to reduce customer acquisition cost and to increase product availability across distribution channels.
- Expansion of distribution channels: Nationwide agreements with Carrefour and Auchan for 1000 supermarkets;
1500 self service displays at independent retailers with leading national distributor Altadis.
- Incentive program for direct sales staff and distributors of the retail division.
- Launch of an independent sales agent network.

Reorganization:
- Set up the new sales organization from 31 to 10 employees based on new territories.
- Set up solutions to reduce impact of workforce reduction: Call center outsourcing.
- New office search and office move in August 2013 to La Garenne Colombes (92)

Performances:
- Company turn around and new start for Lebara France.
- Overall performance better than budget.
- Financial positive result at group level in the first half of 2013 after substantial losses in 2012.
- Improvement of business KPIs (Churn and ARPU)
- Sustained customer base which stopped decreasing from March 2013.
- Lebara Award: Best performing country in Q2 2013 and second during the first half of 2013.
