Responsibilities
 Overall responsibility for planning, developing and buying materials and services in a timely and cost effective way while maintaining quality standards and specifications.
 Sourced project materials, marine equipment, spares and services from suppliers worldwide (OPEX + CAPEX)
 Handling independently the purchase requirement of subsea projects, oil spill equipment and vessels which operates in Middle east and international waters
 Planning and budgeting of purchase functions, involving cost estimation, contract
Negotiations, Inventory management,
 Working with the Technical Department, Operations Department and HSE Department
to predict supply requirements and plan for optimal stocks to be on hold.
 Sourcing, evaluating and controlling suppliers both overseas and local, capable of
fulfilling the diverse needs of the Company on quality of material, delivery times and
cost.
 Meet, discuss and negotiate with existing suppliers. Propose new suppliers approval to management who meets company quality standards and procedures.
 Implement supplier performance evaluation procedures.
 Coordinating overall business activities and transactions within procurement section as per approved standards of ethics and conform to ADNOC’s code of conduct.
 Developing MIS reports, trends, and analyses for the top management on progress of procurement aspects.

1. Acquisition of heavy lifting equipment (Harbor Cranes, Mobile Terrain Cranes, Vacuum Pipe Lifter and Forklifts) for Base Operation- Value AED 50 Million in 2019
2. Completed Long Term Prices Agreements - Value AED 11 Million in 2019
3. Accomplished the complete procurement for the supply, Installation and Commissioning of Transformers at Base substation- Value- AED 2.5 Million in 2019
4. Carried out the complete procurement of Wet bell diving system onboard Vessel Smit Labuan for Fujairah Diving division- Value AED 11 Million in 2014-2015

 Expediting the delivery as per the PO, follow up with suppliers for Back Orders (if any), and clarifying if any variation in the price/quantity/quality upon delivery
