Business development:
• Identify and exploit potential opportunities with existing & new customers / projects
• working with end users & consultants to influence the requirement towards solution.
• Collaborate with teammates to connect with new lead contacts, keep up with market trends & competitors’ approaches
• Planning, developing, and delivering the marketing strategy for products/services.
Technical Sales:
• Generate sales to achieve maximum profitability against annual group and personal sales targets.
• Assessing customer needs with product knowledge to develop tailored products, services and/or solutions to meet client’s needs.
• Face-to-face/call/email/social media follow up to optimize client meetings throughout the territory.
• Positive customer engagement, sales presentation, study technical specifications/clarification and submitting viable offers.
• Compliance with Sales Management Process, code of conducts and business ethics.
• Maintain all required records of sales and other relevant information to enable performance to be measured and monitored as well as prepare regular forecast to enable effective forward planning.
• Maintain an updated record of clients database with RFQ/PO received and visits conducted.
• Timely reporting to the Sales Manager on daily call/visit plan, weekly/monthly business plan, and key job site/project reports.
• Establish and preserve effective inter-departments & customer communication to identify all potential sales openings.
• Training, reviewing, information sharing and delegating work to inter-department professionals based on problems faced, customer feedback and complexity of the customer requirement.
• Proactively view inter-department activity for a processed order to reduce/ manage conflicts.
Customer relationships:
• Maintain a solid relationship with key customers, suppliers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized.
• Prospecting customer base/ key decision makers and foster quality business relationships.
• Client account management and expanding client database with persuasive follow up.
• Active listener to customer complaints, feedbacks, inquiries and any other related customer issues to measure their satisfaction level with company products and services.
• Collecting qualified referrals from existing clients to keep the pipeline humming with new leads.
● prospect follow up, final negotiation, bi-weekly project forecast, quotation and tech submittal timely submission and lead dept. activities.
● Prepare electrical schematic, wiring diagrams, panel & busbar view, BOM, technical parameter & discrimination charts.
● Pre-qualification, & Kahramaa approval documents, complete product submittal.
● Utilize AUTOCAD software to create, convert and modify layout drawings, isometric drawings, schematic & wiring diagrams.
● Training & review performance of Jr. engineers/draftsmen & updating of quality documents.
● Has experience in LV Panel designing (up to 2500A, Form 4B type 6), Busduct, Capacitor bank, SMDB, DB, Feeder pillar & LCP.
● Conduct quarterly internal audits of all departments and management review meetings to preserve QA and QC.
