• Recruitment and prepare documents for visa application of new staff, maintain 201 files of all staffs
• Analyzing, comparing and highlighting unusual movements on the financial accounts and balances such as revenue, expenses, assets, payroll, inventory and other head office/management balances (e.g. reviewing and working on revenue and inventory reports, gratuity computations, asset computations, bank reconciliations)
• Finalize monthly financial statements and discuss it to the management
