1. Planning and forecasting the courses offered, rooms, labs and parking space for each semester
based on courses advised to students.
2. Generate and publish schedules using Unitime Software and maintain faculty load based on their
designation.
3. Compute common free time between students of different departments based on the schedule
created for them, for conducting exams, university activities etc.
4. Data analysis, preparation and submission of reports generated using Argos Reporting Tool (SQL).
5. Resolve concerns related to sectioning of the courses per semester which includes room allocation,
number of students advised for the course etc.
6. Preparation of Mid-Term and Final Exam Schedule for all departments.
7. Assist in recruitment requirements of new faculty for the college
8. Room allocation and reservation within the college using Event Management from Oracle Banner.
9. Collaborate with administrators, deans, faculty and IT to facilitate and improve services to
students.
10. Train new team members on the procedures and processes followed during scheduling using
Banner and Unitime software.
Project: Banks
Roles:
1. Generating BO reports using SQL.
2. Clean-up and organizing the existing BO reports.
3. Providing user access to the various reports based on the requirements.
Project : Hospital Information System (HIS)
Roles:
1. Testing the centralized Hospital Information System (HIS) developed by the IT Team.
2. Manual testing of the software.
3. Automated Testing using Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS) tool.
4. Enrichment of Java code for OATS tool.
5. Unit Testing as well as Integrated testing of the centralized Hospital Information System (HIS).
Project : OATS Scripts for Consumer Lending modules
Roles:
1. Bug fixing using PL/SQL for Oracle Flexcube.
2. Develop Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS) scripts for Flexcube.
3. Enrichment of Java Code for OATS
4. Unit Testing, Integrated testing and Regression testing for CL module.
