- Assist in drafting structural design and in theoretical structural integrity investigation required for technical submittals for concerned projects.
- In-charge of all Quantity Surveyor duties such as measurement, valuation and agreement of work sections
- Carried out all re-measurement works necessary to ensure completion of all construction works in accordance and compliance to the original contract and specification
- Prepared and issued certificate of accomplishment to all sub-contractors
- Ensured that ongoing works conforms to the approved drawings and specifications
- Performed quality control inspection in the workshop where the materials are fabricated or mocked up
- Witnessed and checked all structural testing like compressive strength of concrete, tensile strength of steel bar, and comprehensive strength of concrete hollow block whether it complies with the specification
- Supervised, inspected, reviewed all construction activities and prepared daily reports of on-going works at site
- Responsible for the approval of materials delivered to site, monitored on-going works and inspection of site activities to ensure compliance to the project specification and requirements. Reports directly to the Resident Engineer
