• Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concern.
• Provide information about products and services
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Doing back office, operating (POS) Point of sales.
Introduce and follow up on new products, provide product samples, managing distributor target account programs where applicable.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Create and execute appropriate strategic plans to bring in more business.
Responsible for finding out a customer’s needs and matching that customer up with the right supplements.
Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Oversee and monitor all point of sales activities in the store which includes - sales transactions, tracking customer orders and payments, registering sale and maintaining inventory updates, providing service, handling returns and refunds, gathering consumer data for feedback.
General customer service by suggesting/ assisting to provide information and solutions to the customers as per the enquiries about the products related.
Handling the transaction and generates daily end of the day sales report.
Closes cash register perform tasks such as counting money separating charges slips, coupon and vouchers.
Handling 57 retail shops over UAE. In sports such as CONVERSE, K1X, LOTTO, In fashion such as PHAT FARM, BABY PHAT, G-STAR RAW, ESPRIT, GUESS, BEVERLY HILLS, BLEND OF AMERICA.
Keeping the store VM standard up to date and as per guidelines.
Manage the multiple brand, department with the company across in the different territories
In areas like to post all seasonal management of product sales, strategic planning for sales
Merchandise, financial plans, store grading, and assortment planning.
Create and implement an ambiance that appreciate to the prestige lifestyle images of the shops/store, identity key client and develop effective client relation to create repeat and continued business, maximize sales training to the team
Responsible to design the display window and the layout of goods in the retail store
Dressing the mannequins and making use of creativity lighting for windows display.
Keeping the store VM standard up to date and as per guidelines.
Responsible to photograph the stores.
