Job Description General Responsibility: Oversee and manage the daily operations and ensure vehicles are delivered on time without sacrificing quality.
• In charge on centralized PDI workshops and logistics for (14) showrooms across UAE plus subsidiaries such as HTE, Diamond Lease and export deals.
• Lead the team in delivering 39, 375 units in 2022 and 39, 610 in 2023 which were the best years of AHM after 10 years.
• Perpetual streamlining of work flow processes from 3rd party (Trilogy, First Option and Fitment Co.) to PDI - Valeting until delivery.
• Manage and organize the in-house logistics consist of 24 trucks after vehicle completion; (7) Single Recoveries, (9) Eight Carriers, (3) Six Carriers, (3) Flatbed Carriers and (1) Twin carrier, (1) Heavy Duty carrier)
• Introduce the vehicle status tracker (shared folder) which proved to increase eficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure productive staf are updated on trainings and product knowledge.
• Monitor teams which conduct vehicle storage maintenance and yard setting on (3) main yards (300K sq./ft.) with a capacity of 16K vehicles more or less.
