Senior Aviation Logistics Manager December 2017 -December 2020
Senior Logistics Program Manager/Program Integrator who prepares and consolidate inputs for Senior Leadership, in support of the Ministry of National Guard (MNG), 1st Aviation BDE, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program; Responsible for Aviation Logistics and Transportation Division (ALTD) quality performance, corrective actions, modifications, revisions, adjustments for customer support between all stakeholders (DA agencies and Contractors) consisting of CLS 9A SSA warehouse, Battalions Tech Supply, POL Operations, Unit Supply, Tool rooms, Property Book, Transportation and TMDE Operations, on all aspects of the daily aviation maintenance, supporting training operations for AH64E, UH60M, AH-6i and MD530 airframes; Program Integrator who oversees logistical actions of tracking, review of warranties, documentation, configuration, distribution, and inventory of 20, 000 lines of Class 9A repair parts, valued at over 300 million dollars; Manages manpower, HRD, and contract compliance daily issues and provides aviation, operational, and technical expertise to conferences, briefings, meetings, and working groups; Extensive interaction with all USG stakeholders for MNG sustainment operations, who coordinates with USASAC, SAMD Apache PM International, UHPO and MASPO, CECOM, AMCOM LAR and industry partners (Boeing, Sikorsky, GE, Northrup Grumman, Lockheed Martin FSR’s including CONUS Freight Forwarding Team) to ensure contractual weapon platforms, equipment acquisition, logistics, process review, analyzing, reporting, scheduling procedures requirements are met; USASAC Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) Manager with a broad range of international logistics programs (CISIL, DSAM, CLSSA, SNAP, SDR, WebRoR and Financial) Case management interaction with expenditure approval authority; Reviews key program documentation, functional plans and strategies to include MOAs/MOUs, Inter-service Support Agreements, Contract Performance Work Statement, Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) review, Level of Repair Analyst for sustainment of systems, subsystems, and equipment; Provides direct input for Organizational AS9110 certification.
