Provide assistance to all the staff especially to the Production Manager and
Planning Engineer
• Perform document control duties, which includes: registering all the incoming
and outgoing correspondence, transmitting documents and other related
documentations from contractors and project site
• Distribute all the technical documents issued by the contractor to all relevant
engineers as well as department heads
• Maintaining confidential records and files
