Assist Regional Marketing Manager in organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
Liaising directly with the investors; provide sales presentations in absence of the Investment Consultant.
Responsible for all customer-related concerns, classifying customers’ analyzed data and solving complaints whether via e-mail, over the telephone or through personal interaction.
Prepare relevant reports and comparative analysis on certain topics, independently managing corporate correspondences.
Handling of after-sales service for all our investors such as giving updates on the construction progress, payment processing and coordinating site visits.
