Reserve book, create SO and notify vehicles .Monitor tagged vehicles and follow up delivery .In- Charge for timely submission of documents for payment.
Assisting managers and KAMs when necessary.
Create invoices, sales return and credit memos in SAP on a timely basis
Contribute in the Dept. plans.
Reporting:
Reviewing and reporting the tagged units to facilitate improved stocks management every week.
Preparing various reports for management, as and when required.
