Maintain a peaceful and healthy working environment based on team appreciation, continuous
support and celebrating success.
• Ensure that team members feel happy coming to the store by making them more involved in the
business in terms of opinions and decision making.
• Conduct weekly store meetings to discuss achievements and KPI’s.
• Deliver in-store coaching on how to improve the guest experience and customer centricity
through role play. The idea is to make the journey of the guests a memorable one to earn their
loyalty.
• Monitor retail reports on daily basis to ensure being on track always with store target, sell through
and traffic.
• Maintain a peaceful working environment based on team appreciation, continuous support and
celebrating success.
• Communicate with VM team to be always aligned with guidelines of the brand.
• Ensure that the operational part is running smooth and aligned with recommendations of RSO
team.
• Coordinate on daily basis with supply chain team to ensure that are stocks are always complete,
to avoid missing opportunities.
• Send a detailed weekly report to Retail Manager, discussing store figures, type of customer, and
clientelling tracker. Also, developing a clear plan on how to win the following month.
• Focus a lot on clientele as it is the key to win and to elevate into Luxury. Deliver team training on
clientelling, to ensure that the experience to personalized, our VIP and Potential VIP guests are
retained and our regular guests are becoming Potential VIP’s.
• Assist the Store manager in implementing strategies to increase footfall.
• Coordinate with marketing team for ADDS on special occasions (Valentine’s).
• Coach and support the team of consultants to improve our guest experience.
• Handle customer objections and complaints.
• Coordinate with workshop team for special orders requests.
• Track progress of retail targets.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Monitor operating costs in terms of store and workshop budgets.
• Assist in retail reports to monitor revenues to ensure that profit margin is positive.
• Attend buying sessions to make sure that right products are selected.
Greet Customers in a timely, professional and personable manner.
• Give customers outstanding support by understanding their needs.
• Recommend styles and trends in fine jewelry.
• Research and familiarize with GIA standards on diamonds and precious stones.
• Maintain professional relationship and attitude with clients and team members.
• Work on and improve clientelling skills to win monthly targets.
• Introduce the Promise Book program which is a clientelling tool.
• Explain company policies and guidelines to team members.
• Deliver instore a 4-week training program.
• Monitor and support with visual merchandising guidelines.
• Communicate with supply chain team to insure having a healthy stock level.
B.A in Business Studies - Finance. British degree in Business Studies -Finance.
