Provide Secretarial Assistance to the Works Manager and to the Chief Engineers in Works Department by ensuring a proactive administrative support which results in effective Time Management, Co-ordination, Independent correspondence and managing multiple priorities
Responsible for handling various plant expansion project matters /correspondence
Responsible for Composing the day-to-day correspondence like Internal Memos, facsimile messages, letters and other technical related matters by co-ordinate with various sections in Works Department
Open and Screen mails, mark important part of instructions, organize mail according to priorities
Commit time in making appointments; maintain daily calendar; maintain itinerary; make Travel and Hotel arrangements as required
Visa procedures for various countries and for different nationalities in the Senior Management, as and when required
Maintain effective documentation, regularly review, update and ensure all documents can be readily retrieved
Ensure all appropriate credentials, invitations, agenda and attendance for various internal & external meetings on a daily basis
Systemize National, International, Media, Personal, Principal companies and other contacts that deem important & regularly update the same (Electronically as well as actually).
Creating a comprehensive and archive filing system
Secretarial assistance to the Managing Director for composing day to day correspondence like facsimile messages, internal memos and other Technical Financial and Administrative related matters.
Open and Screen mails, mark important part of instructions, organize mail according to priorities.
Confidential Data Management.
Maintain - diary, files, personal payments & receivables, maintain financials.
Creating a comprehensive archive and filing system
Commit time in making appointments; maintain itinerary; make travel and hotel arrangements as required.
Organizing for Board Room for the Board Meetings and the Conference hall for client meetings and presentations.
Co-coordinating with the Travel Agents for National/International booking for the Managing Director.

Monitoring the administration for M.D’s chamber
