• Contribute to the strategic direction of the department.

•Developing standards, policises & procedures for implementing KAIMRC quality managment system.
•Provide information, consulatation, trainings & workshops to the staff on quality tools & methods.

•Developing Performance Improvement Measures system for KAIMRC (KPIs)
•Coordinate programs leading to attainment of external accreditation programs (ISO, ..) for various KAIMRC sections.
•Conduct specific quality improvement projects ( Cord Bllod Bank & Bio Bank project ), Data collection plan & root cause anaylsis for improving quality of KAIMRC services using six sigma tools.

Build Process in start-up phase for Bio Bank section:
•Develop organzional chart for Bio bank and its teams
•Develop section charter for each team
•Review & Develop job descriptions for all team members
•Develop Policies and Procedures for all the Bio bank teams
•Develop performance indicatros for all Bio bank teams
•Develop data collection plan and data collection sheets and forms
•Provide Quality taining course for Bio Bank team members (Project improvement using sex sigma tools)

• Examines, diagnoses, and treats diseases and injuries by surgical and nonsurgical means. Prepares and reviews case histories and obtains data through interviews. Examines patients and determines x-ray examinations and clinical laboratory tests required. Interprets test results and evaluates examination findings. Prescribes treatment, such as drugs, physical therapy, dietary regimens, and surgical procedures for diseases and injuries. Coordinates treatment with other specialists. Treats patients suffering from surgical shock, postoperative hemorrhages, respiratory failure, and other complications.
• Manages critical care activities. Formulates plans and procedures for critical care activities. Schedules use of critical care facilities and assigns nurses and medical technicians. Advises on type and quantity of supplies and equipment. Coordinates critical care with other medical activities
