Documentation Audit: To improve documentation throughout the hospital mainly to the assigned ward
•Auditing the inpatients patient’s medical record on weekly basis in the assigned wards to monitor the compliance level of documentation guidelines.
•Auditing Discharge patient’s medical record on monthly basis according to hospital and JCI documentation audit tool list.
•Presenting Departments their Documentation Compliance with the areas for improvement on Quarterly basis.
JCI Standards:
•Responsible for reviewing the standards and updating the policy accordingly
Random audit for the assigned chapter’s related policies if implemented.

Policy and Procedure related to Patient Centred Standards:
•Responsible to review and update patient centred standards in 5th Edition.
• Make sure, if it is in appropriate format with an appropriate important content including Measureable Elements required.
•Update the Policy Database accordingly.
•
Tracer:
•Planning and conducting tracer on quarterly basis.
•Compiling the findings, making a report and communicating with the concerned department
•Developing an action plan according to the findings.
•Following up for the findings and make sure they have been corrected

Part of Several Task Forces in the Hospital:
•CPG STROKE Task Force: Organized First Stroke Campaign in Rashid Hospital.
•Handling, use and administration of blood and blood products Task Force: Assist Anaesthesia Department to develop the CPG by doing SWOT analysis to have more clear understanding.
•Documentation Audit task force: Educate Task Force about new tool in 5th Edition
