• Participated in Regional Public Health in Emergencies Training from 8-16 November 2008, Islamabad organized by SARD/ IFRC.
• Participated in workshop on "Leadership and Interpersonal Effectiveness" at Rawalpindi on 11 September, 2005 by Gulf stone Training (Karen Allawala)
• Had an opportunity to work voluntarily after the Earthquake disaster in Mansehra & Batgram in October 2005 and awarded with Excellency shield by President/CEO PTCL.

• Responsible for financial planning and management within the allocated budget and Monitor the programs and their budget.

• Focal person from PRCS for Health Cluster Forum of WHO/ NHEPRN
• Focal person for provincial health coordination meetings in PRCS
✓ Appreciation given by the President of Pakistan on flood related activities.
✓ Established number of flood relief camps through out country in affected areas in super flood 2010 &2011.
✓ Established two Health ERU in Sind and Punjab
✓ Number of WatSan activities by providing clean drinking water and distribution of AquaTabs in effected community.
✓ Member of PM Health Steering Committee of Task Force on Dengue.
✓ Establishment of 2 pollen allergy camps in Islamabad for 2 month from Feb, 2009 to April 2009. More than 4500 patients were treated and about 11000 beneficiated.
✓ Established of new BHUs in FATA, SKARDU & GILGIT.
✓ Provision of Health Care in IDPS camps in Swabi, Malakand, Benazir-Risalpur, Pittao and Dir. Up till 5th July2009, more than 90000 beneficiated.
✓ Established with support by ICRC MHU and BHUs in different parts of the country
Monitoring & Supervision
• Conducted performance evaluation; developed position descriptions and performance standards; provided day-to-day guidance and direction to professional and para-professional staff through direct and indirect line managerial obligations to PRCS Medical and Training department.
• Supervising and giving technical advises to medical teams in IDPs camps.
• Conducting monitory & supervision visits to Provincial branches of PRCS around the country.
