Performing comprehensive assessment and utilizing critical thinking skills in defining measurable goals and plan of care in order to achieve maximum patient satisfaction
liaising with other healthcare personnel in daily ward rounds to get and received relevant information about the progress of patients;
Performing clinical therapeutic and diagnostic procedures at clinical sites and patient's residence according to Department policies, procedures and clinical practice.
Formulating a plan of care for patient base on evidence practice and holistic care
Ensuring that patient's needs are appropriately matched with care provided.

Managing an individual caseload of patients effectively and efficiently.

Performing accurate, concise and legible documentation and statistics on all care provided to patients according to the policy and procedures.
Assessing patient's needs for home medical equipment and assistive devices and promoting rehabilitation at home.
Assisting in training & development of Trainee Physiotherapists;
Participating in appropriate in-house training programs, tutorials and individual training sessions;
educating and advising patients and their family about how to prevent and /or improve conditions
