Responsible for Establishing, implementing & updating a whole new food safety & food defense systems for deferent Shops (Bakery - Dairy - Butchery - Fishery - Fruit & Vegetables) based on HACCP, BRC & ISO22000 systems to maintain Customer satisfaction, decrease the food safety errors, ensure supplier compliance & increase staff awareness *Supported the Company by implementing the system to open 3 new stores.
• Establishing & implementing HACCP System to cover all the Food safety aspects
• Creating a new preventive maintenance plan supporting the M-team
• Creating new checklists, conducting a food safety audits to ensure the store compliance
• Creating MSDS for all homemade products based on shelf life study
• Creating a cleaning & Sanitation procedure based on the Latest BRC System
• Setting all SOPs, GMPs & GHPs within sections, in all the stores
• Increasing the staff. SV & Managers awareness by conducting internal & external training
• Setting a Microbiological sample plan for all the food processes, reporting results, supporting the commercial team to
make the CA plan & ensuring its implementation
• Creating a customer service complain system, investigating the problems & taking actions based on the findings

• Establishing and implementing the HACCP principles, cleaning and sanitation processes
• Maintaining the Food safety practices within the different sections by monitoring and following up the GMPs & GHPs
, and all critical control points starting from receiving products to displaying them for the customers
• Following and reporting all the non-conformity issues to the H.O besides supporting the Section Managers to apply
corrective action plans and evaluating the food processes to assure their compliance with the latest Food safety
technologies
• Evaluating and handling all customer complaints, applying the appropriate action and reporting the investigation
results and actions to the head office
• Ensuring the daily implementation of the pest control plans
• Preparing a monthly report & presentation for the results of the food and swab analysis
• Setting a recall procedure and reporting the action to the H.O.
• Conducting a weekly audit including a complete corrective action plans for the concerned sections
• Following up the implementation of the corrective actions done by the section managers.

• Handling and investigating customer complaints & implementing appropriate corrective actions
• Providing Meat, Poultry & fresh food receiving veterinary inspections
• Checking the pest control activities with the company and making a daily documentation for the products according to the MSDS
• Implementing a cleaning schedule with the cleaning company for all sections & maintenance every month
• Coordinating Lab Analysis visits, receiving results, investigating positive samples, helping SM to put Corrective actions, following up the implementation of Corrective actions & making a presentation & a detailed report for the results
