Full Time, Management Post of Rural Health care Service development & management of the Organization. Was the responsible Team Leader of that team to make planning to develop and extend the project and guideline perpetrator for the whole team to face the various endemic health situation in the rural community and how to provide the satisfactory and success health services to the victims and the community. Assures administrative issues are successful to influence collaboration between physicians and the hospital. Interfaces with Quality Improvement/Performance Director and physicians/AHP to provide and interpret relevant data enabling identification of practitioners who may not meet the standards of care for the community. Guides the medical staff through corrective action proceedings and generates documentation to support the findings and process. Partners with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain a seamless continuum of high quality Medical Staff services. Acts as the Medical Staff's "point person" to formulate and manage a Medical Staff development plan. Works closely with the MEC and Committee Chairs to develop an efficient physical leadership succession methodology. Provides on-going guidance and support to Medical Staff Leadership. Collaborates with Medical Staff leaders to align hospital and physician goals. Leads initiatives that promote hospital-physician collaboration, partnership and solidarity. Leading a group of experts: - Environmental Health staff, Services staff including Hospital Staff and around 100 contractor staff. Key personnel in the committees (Safety & Infection Control) who work to get in various Hospitals. Was assigned to look for the situation of the signs, fire exit doors, led the team who corrected all the deficiencies and addressed the observation to the chairman of the Safety committee. Environmental Impact Assessment for all the new projects, activities, or services. In-service Education: - Training, Lecturing, new staff orientation. Community Education: Participating in out side lectures, Stands methods of education inside the Hospital, using all available Educational tools.
