1. Coordinate between Principal/ Vice Principal and teachers. Also interact with parents. Resolve students-students issues, manage discipline issues, look after the curriculum targets and meeting deadlines.
2. Take care of the assessments held in school. Be it terms or half yearly or year end exam; scholarship exams, various competitive exams which are periodically held in school. Giving deadlines for the submission of the question paper, giving deadlines and targeting the submission date of the answer scripts are all my job.
3. Teach social science to classes 9-10 and History to Grades 11 & 12.
1. Worked as a connection between teachers and the principal. Gave out circulars to parents, and worked as a connection for parents. gave targets for teachers, observed their classes, and provided feedbacks.
2. Helped in the routing of the buses and contributed in admissions.
3. Taught grades 8-10 Social Science, History to grades 11 and 12.
Taught History to the students of grades 11 and 12 CBSE curriculum.
Carried out the duties of Residential evening classes and Tutored and mentored the resident students.
Gave the love and care as loco parentis for students away from home who were always home sick.
Coached students to play chess. Spent my evenings fostering care to all students and actively encouraged students to participate in the extra curricular activities.
Taught grades 8-10 Social Science in CBSE Curriculum. Prepared a conducive environment for the teaching learning process in the classroom.
Took care of the School activity house as a HOUSE MISTRESS. All co-curricular activities were conducted as per plan chalked by the management.
Inspired and motivated my students to take up projects to suit their learning experiences.
Coached, motivated and mentored the graduate students to take up civil services.
Guided them whenever required.
Prepared question banks for their tests. Collaborated with other teachers to produce inter subject learning materials to benefit the students.
Conducted assessments and provided feedback for their improvements. Guided and further motivated students who could not reach upto the mark.
This was my first regular teaching job. I divulged myself in many different subjects. Taught Hindi, GK, Social studies to many different classes from Grades 4-10.
This was the ICSE curriculum.
Did a Doctorate in Freedom Movement of India. Topic: "Muslim Participation in the Anti Colonial Movement: A Case Study of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad"
