• Preparation, coordination and retention plan for a unified control through professional’s managers include this plan in accordance with the requirements of economic criteria for the cost of budget expenses, predictable sales, profit planning, investment programs and funding, as well as the actions necessary to implement the plan.
• Measuring performance compared with the actual operations plans, standards, reporting the results of operations, interpretation of all levels of management and guarantee this function design and develop accounting systems, financial costs, maintain records, to identify accounting policies and the design of accounting records in accordance to offset economic unity.
• Measuring and reporting on the validity of the objectives of economic unity, effectiveness of policies, organizational structure and procedures to be followed to achieve those objectives include consulting all the various administrative levels responsible for implementing policies regarding any aspect of the economic unit.
• Preparing reports for government agencies and overseeing all aspects of taxation and zakat (in Islamic countries).
• A report on the impact of external factors on the achievement of the objectives of the economic unit and include this function continuous assessment of economic forces, social, political, governmental actions and their impact on the economic unity.
• Provide protection for the assets of the economic unit, ensure that post a proper system of internal control and ensure coverage of the notification by the appropriate insurance contracts.
Second: Executive Human Resource Executive Officer s:
• Planning the workforce to achieve a balance policy: to achieve alignment between the master plans of management, and human resources plans; to achieve the overall goals in a balanced manner.
• Performance policy planning: to monitor the progress achieved in the various functional sections by developing a monthly plan to measure the performance of each employee, and the overall performance in each section of the institution.
• Share strategic plans for human resources management with management, through participation in strategic decision making, which ensures continuous work efficiency and the search for new employees.
• Recruitment, recruitment, testing and selection of new staff, and their consistency with the requirements of the post to identify the appropriate staff member for the vacancy
• Evaluate employees 'performance by following up on their work, identifying errors, helping them to correct them, and monitoring employees' activities and ensuring that they perform the required tasks.
• Training and development of staff on their tasks in the development of training and rehabilitation programs that contribute to the development of their competencies, and ensure the achievement of the best possible performance; and the selection of the best types of training courses to support the efficiency of staff.
• Apply the rights of employees to familiarize them with their rights and duties, follow up the implementation of various labor laws, grant them all their privileges, and provide them with a suitable working environment.

عنوان رساله الدكتوراه اثر المخاطرة علي كل من العائد والاداء المالي _ لشركات الاستثمار- دراسه تطبيقيه تحليله لعينه مدرجه في سوق الأوراق المالي السعودي ABSTRACT The research aims at studying impact of Risk effectiveness on Return and Financial Performance on Sample companies for Saudi Securities Exchange for SABIC Company and its Subsidiaries companies during the period from 2008 to 2016. The problem of study: firms face many important risks divide to business risk and financial risk effectiveness in financial performance to reduce profits and loss lead to final result failure and insolvency of firm , the problem summary in question what is the impact of Risk effectiveness on Return and Financial Performance on SABIC Company and its Subsidiaries?. The research adopts descriptive analytical approach method and historical approach method . The research hypothesis are as follows :The existence of a statically significant relationship between risk and financial performance, between business risk and return and between financial risk and return. The researcher used financial analysis ratios and analytical statistics tools which include the simple regression , on way ANOVA and Pearson correlation to test above hypothesis. The research considered Fixed Assets turnover, , Return on Assets, Return on Equity, and Earnings Per Share. as a tools could be used measured to financial performance. The researcher reached the following results and findings: A statically significant relationship between risk and ( Fixed Assets turnover, , Return on Assets, Return on Equity, and Earnings Per Share) was not found. A statically significant relationship between business risk and return was not found. A statically significant relationship between financial risk and return was not found. A statically significant relationship between financial risk and financial performance was not found. Very low Financial leverage ratios during period of study for SAFCO lead not used completed financial leverage power .The researcher recommended the followings: Investors and management of companies not rely on risk effectiveness in financial performance and return and otherwise not rely on a decrease or increase risk due to good financial performance level and good return, in addition he recommended they put strategic due to increase sales, increase net income, decrease costs and decrease risk , used financial leverage power to keep in middle level to gain addition returns ,good usage investments assets and recommended addition future studies.
