2. Ensuring smooth production of broiler birds from filling of chicks up to catching.
3. Ensuring good preparation of the farm.
4. Ensuring the timely and accurate execution of the day to day procedures and requirements of the farm
5. Ensuring strict implementation of Quality Management System (QMS).
6. Monitor and organize the internal maintenance of farm.
7. Monitering the execution and flow of internal data and documents and chronological storing of files.
8. Ensuring strict and smooth implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and SSOP of the company.
9. Compiling and submitting accurate, regular and timely farm operation reports
10. When approved by company, organize and provide assistance to other units as needed in the performance of their tasks.
11. Ensuring overall responsibility of farm including recording, control and quality work check. 12. Ensuring strict implementation of critical control points (ccp).
