I had successful guided 5 scholars for their Ph.D. degree under Visvesvaraya Technological University (V.T.U) and recently two of them are submitted their thesis. The contribution of my teaching includes more than 90% of pass percentage in each semester. Designed and delivered new modules for mathematics programmes. Published international-quality research. Involved in administration roles in the department level. Played a key role in organizing an ``International Conference on Discrete Mathematics-2016 (ICDM-2016) and Graph Theory Day-XII” \[sponsored by SERB, ISRO, DRDO & TEQIP-II\], during June 9-11, 2016 followed by an Instructional Workshop on `` Recent Advances in Signed Graphs and their Applications" \[sponsored by TEQIP-II\] during June 06-08, 2016. Recently \[25-01-2016\], I had been awarded the degree: ``Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) in Mathematics” from Berhampur University, Berhampur, Orissa for my significant contribution to the domain of Discrete Mathematics. Mathematical Reviews \[MathSciNet\] is a journal and online bibliographic database published by the American Mathematical Society (AMS) that contains brief synopses (and occasionally evaluations) of many articles in mathematics, statistics and theoretical computer science. In this context, I wish to inform your good-self that 46 of my papers are reviewed by MathSciNet and having 26 citations as on today. The number of citations identified by MathSciNet for my authorship is higher than the number of citations identified for many Professors of IIT’s/Central Universities. By looking at my credentials and potentials, recently the office bearers of Academy of Discrete Mathematics & Applications (ADMA) have selected me as an Executive Council Member of ADMA.

My research is in Discrete Mathematics, especially signed graphs and their connections with group theory and graph theory. The main topic of my work is signed, gain, and marked graphs. These are graphs with additional structure that leads to new graphical structure and other new kinds of graph theory, such as colorings and geometrical representations, of which ordinary graphical matroids, colorings, etc., are special cases. I have not considered applications of signed graphs out side of Mathematics. But there are numerous papers published the topic of signed graphs with applications in various discipline. Many of these papers demonstrate the connection between signed graphs and different subjects: circuit design (Barahona (1982)), coding theory (Zaslavsky (1994)), physics (Toulouse (1977)) and social psychology (Abelson and Rosenberg (1958)). While these subjects seem unrelated, balance in signed graphs plays an important role in each of these fields. Even, I am working on graph energies and I have communicated more than 6 papers jointly with Prof. Naci Cangul (Turkey). In the year 2011, I started working on the new area called “Real Functions” and I have published more than 8 papers and produced two Ph.D.’s. Further I would like to mention that I am having 11 years of full time experience in Research, of which 7 years have been after completing my doctorate degree (i.e Post Ph.D research experience). During my Ph.D degree I had authored 9 International Publications. After receiving my Doctorate, I have published 85 papers in various international journals of repute globally. To name a few, in China, South Korea, Taiwan, Bulgaria, Italy, Russia, Bosnia and Herzegovina etc. (Total Publications: 94). Apart from being a life member of 14 Academic Societies, I am also an Editorial Board Member for 23 International Journals. Also I had the privilege of being invited for delivering "invited lectures" six across the Nation.
