surveyor, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
 Collaborate with architects and engineers and generate accurate drawings.

 Present rough design draughts for client approval.
 Prepare detailed shop drawings as per BOQ and tender specifications and submit it for
the consultant approval.
 Prepare As built drawings on the completion of each zone for project handover
documentation.
 Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.
 Coordinates with surveyor and provide them data for layout to make sure the continues
work progress on site and accuracy.
 Coordinates with security manager to finalize the fence layout for project.
 Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical drawing files.
 Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the relevant engineers.

 My duties and responsibilities : Technical Department
 Preparing shop drawings for road layout and profile, and other related to road works
such as kerb stone, road setting out, hardscape interlock parking, road markings road
signages layout, and TDP layout also Traffic Diversion Plan.
 Preparing shop drawing for wet utilities such as drainage system like surface ground
water layout and profile gullies layout, micro tunneling layout, foul sewer layout and
house connection, foul sewer profile, potable water layout etc.
 Preparing shop drawing for dry utilities such as electrical and network system
HV&EHV, MV, LV layout and ducts, street lighting layout and ducts, CRA Ooredoo
layout ducts and chamber, UGN layout, QAF layout.
 Preparing standard details of kerbstone like raised kerbs K1, k2, edge kerbs K10, K9
Drop kerb K10 etc.
 Preparing standard details for potable water crossing main line and house connection
ducts
 Preparing standard details for ducts like electrical ducts EN6, EN4, TYPE-2H
TYPE-H, street light ducts like SL ducts SL2 ducts

 Preparing shop drawings for road layout and profile, and other related to road works

 Technical Department
 Preparing proposed traffic diversion plan as per instructed by traffic manager, preparing
shop drawings all road works like asphalt pavement, interlock, kerbs, speed humps,
speed table, road traffic signages, road markings section and details submitted for
approval as per standard of Ashghal and Qatar and also shop drawings for all utilities
system dry and wet utilities, like SGW, TSE, SWD, other drainages, manholes, and
water line etc.

 Creates layouts, plans, map, and drawings according to data given with the use of
AutoCAD, to ensure that engineers, surveyors, clients & other persons related to the
project will have their report, reference for site information & survey orientation
Revise submitted drawings after correction or when instructed by direct supervisor or
consultant intending for the construction drawing to be approved so the work can
proceed

 Prepare Cut and Fill, grading plan, Road profile drawings in every chainage number, or
station number of roads
 Prepare the coordinates of roads layout and setting out plan, and also I prepare the
coordinates of all the utilities system, prepare diversion road layout
 Preparing shop drawings all road works like asphalt pavement, interlock, kerbs, speed
humps, speed table, road traffic signages, road markings section and details submitted
for approval as per standard of Ashghal and Qatar and also shop drawings for all utilities
system dry and wet utilities. like electrical utilities such as Mv, Lv, Hvehv, EN4, EN6,
SL2 etc. & for wet utilities like SGW, TSE, SWD, other drainages, manholes, and water
line etc.
 Revising revision shop drawings as per comments of Ashghal
 Prepare or make the final as built drawings, RFI and RFI for quantity or quantification

 My duties and responsibilities : @ Technical and Shop Drawing Department
 Prepare GA general arrangement drawings, submitted to the consultant for approval
 Preparing shop drawing reinforcement bars of foundations, walls, abutment, retaining
walls, deck slab etc. in every units or unit by unit as per standard of Qatar, and submitted
to the consultant of the projects for the approval of shop drawings
 Preparing shop drawing structural sections, and details of foundations, wall elevation,
column, abutment, retaining walls, deck slab, roof slab for the covered portion area,
before they will be starting to work at site
 Revising revision all shop drawings if they have comments
 Prepare PGL profile grade level layout/ drawings
 Prepare micro tunneling shop drawings
 Prepare final as built drawings, as per actual construction done @ site

 Study the rough sketches and deciphering the specifications.
 Prepare the drawings with high precisions and as per scale.
 Responsible to incorporate all details of the drawing. Prepare shop drawing structural,
architectural sections, and details of footing, foundations, walls, vertical and horizontal
beam, slab, etc. and submit to our consultant engineers of the projects for the approval
of shop drawing, before they will be starting to work at site
 Prepare Mechanical drawings such as Storm water Drainage layout, Sewer Drainage
layout, Firefighting layout, Potable & Non potable water layout, Ducting Plumbing
layout etc. with the supervision of senior mechanical engineer.

 Assemble documents packages and develop drawing sets to be reviewed by electrical
engineer or architect.
 Interact with engineering personnel and other staff to resolve identified issues.
 Prepare drafts of wiring diagrams, working drawings, wiring connection specifications
along with underground cables cross-sections as needed installation crew instructions.
 Prepare master sketches to raise developed relation of proposed installations for current
facilities and precise specifications and dimensions.
 Ensure to quantify factors affecting arrangement and installation of equipment like
distances to be spanned by cable and wire.
 Study and interpret work order requests to identify type of service like power and
lighting required by installation. Make and prepare electrical plan layout such as Area &
street lighting layout, Grounding system layout, High & Low Voltage power layout,
Single line diagram, Fire alarm & Data telephone system Layout etc. with the
supervision of senior electrical engineer.

 My duties and responsibilities : @ Shop Drawing & Technical Department
 Prepare the cross sections of Roads, side slopes, super elevation, based on the plan, or
design drawing
 Preparing layers embankment layout, with Land AutoCAD civil 3D layout or data,
which is requested by the surveyor engineers at site
 Make drawing design and formation drawing chainage by chainage or in every station of
roads from earthwork data
 Preparing NGL and Bed preparation drawings or layout
 Revising revision drawings from (SCR) site clarification request
 Prepare Microsoft Excel Worksheet of Data Cross sections of Road
 Prepare Microsoft Excel Worksheet of Land AutoCAD civil 3D Data with coordinates
& points Level
 Calculate Level Manholes, High mast, Ditch, Gully, and Kerb Inlet etc.
 Prepare Structural and architectural Details such as Abutment, Bridges, Foundation,
walls, Column, retaining walls, Beams, Deck Slab, etc. ( Horizontal & Vertical
Structures ).
