• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Manage and oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Develop and implement employee retention programs, such as training and development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
• Provide guidance and counsel to management and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and other employee programs
• Manage HR data and reporting, including maintenance of employee records, preparation of reports, and compliance with reporting requirements
• Develop and manage HR budgets and other financial resources related to HR functions
• Stay current with HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to HR policies and programs
• Establishment new companies including the writing of a Memorandum of association, submitting the documents in DED, taking all approvals required from all government departments, and amending the licenses (add activity or change activity - remove activity - add partners or manager - remove partners or manager - changing location - Changing Legal Form - liquidation of companies).
• Organize and submit the required documents for renewing the periodic company permits (Trade License - Industrial license - Ejari - Chambers of Commerce & Industry - Civil Defense - Municipalities and all governmental works).
• Responsible for handling and facilitating all transactions with government and semi-government bodies, as well as private sector organizations
• All transactions for Ministry of Labor and Tasheel applications (New work permits, Quota, labor card renewal, Ban, labor card cancellation, etc...)
• Renew, update, and maintain all employees and their visas, labor cards, and labor contracts in a timely manner to ensure that the company’s records are up-to-date in the labor and Immigration Departments.
• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
• Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
• Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
• Assessing staff performance and providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
• Manages a team of administrative officers, training and developing them to enhance performance
• In-Charge in all Administrative office work, such as recruiting new staff
• Supervise all staff, follow up on all maintenance needs in the company
• Filing documents, and preparing the weekly, monthly, and annual report
• Making plans for marketing and gym development
• Responsible for handling and facilitating all transactions with government and semi-government, as well as private sector organizations
• Represent the Company as a (PRO) in different locations such as the Police Station, Airport, Embassies, Dubai Economic Department, Municipalities, DEWA, Civil Defense & other Departments
• Apply, Renew, and maintain all employee visas, labor cards, and labor contracts
• Open an account for the company in the bank and submit the employers in WPS
