OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES: Provided support to 3 Senior Vice President, 2 Directors and a team of 11 Engineers and back-up support to the CEO and the COO. Managed all aspects of the office, supervising and training staff while supporting

including procurement of passport visas. Set up bridge calls and book conference rooms, screen visitor names, and request appropriate badges.
Manage United Nations account, including receiving, distributing, and responding to New Tender
Opportunities for the U.N. global marketplace.
Provide marketing support (including participation at trade shows) and assist in preparation of sales materials and format PowerPoint Presentations.
