June 1999-2001 Head of Strategic management: Sales and Marketing departments management and financial planning in MENA region

Market analysis, business plan preparation, business projection and financial management for the business units in the Mina region
Accountable for the administrative duties of the sales and marketing departments, Sales management, forecasting analysis, budgeting and financial management of the sales and marketing departments, risk management, development of a financial and operational strategy related to the market analysis metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company goals and report accurate financial results related to expansion plans.

Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives, analysing investment opportunities with ANPV, IRR and other capital budgeting analysis.
Analyse, negotiate and finalize contracts agreement with key accounts clients in the GCC countries. Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans. Develop financial strategies. Manage the capital request and budgeting processes. Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction in relation to expansion plans via renewal of yearly agreements, acquisitions or new JV agreements.

Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
Implement operational best practices.

Regular Reporting to the Regional GM.
