Responsible for:
1. Supporting Clinical Services and Hospital Accreditation activities i.e. Accreditation Canada International and Joint Commission International by conducting scientific audits, system tracers, clinical case reviews and monitoring compliance to Ministry of Health of Kuwait regulations.
2. Identifying training needs for clinical staff and planning and delivering training on Performance Improvement concepts, principles and methodologies e.g. FMEA, PDCA, and RCA.
3. Reviewing Patient complaints (on clinical care, clinical management and negligence) and conducting Root Cause Analyses to facilitate effective resolution.
4. Participating in committees, task forces and teams related to the Hospital’s performance improvement projects/initiatives.
5. Reviewing and monitoring ‘Adverse Occurrence Reports’ for identification of actual and potential risks followed by proposing and implementing corrective and proactive methods for improvement.
6. Tracking and monitoring of organizational wide Quality Indicators
RCTS, EXTRACTIONS, FILLINGS, SCALLING AND POLISHING, COMPLETE AND PARTIAL DENTURES, CROWN CUTTINGS.
Worked in the department of Oral Surgery in an Dental College where following duties where performed
1. Diagnosis and treatment planing
2. Extractions (Simple and Complicated )
3. Treating Patients bought in emergency ( Trauma Cases)
3. Carrying Out Lectured to second, third and final year students
4. Supervising Internees, Third and Final year students in the O.P.D
Practiced General Dentistry doing Extractions, Scallings, RCT(conventional, protaper, rotary), Crown Cuttings, Removable And Fixed Prosthodontics, Orthodontics.
