• Responsible for Production, Maintenance & Engineering, Health & Safety and Quality activities on site, with overall responsibility for 300 personnel
• Maintaining and sharing regular performance reports of full factory
• Ensure all KPI’s are met in line with budget and stretch targets - OEE, Productivity, Waste, Engineering spend, Accidents.
• Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement by introducing ‘Ways of Working’ to include Short Interval Control, 5s, Daily Review Meetings, Problem Solves and Walking Tours.
• To reduce and control costs, increase throughput, reduce lead times, increase site efficiencies and improve labour utilization & safety
• Implementation of ‘Zero Harm’ safety initiative on site with no lost time accidents
• To prepare budgets and capital expenditure. Full P&L responsibility for the Site
• Ensuring Statutory Compliance
• Supporting other business units as and when required in Nasik & Jeddah
• Involved in all decision making that directly affects the Site, from New Technology/Machinery, Long Term Business Strategies, Policy Changes, Recruitment, Budgets
• Working on new projects, increasing product range, motivating and supervising plant associates to nurture a world class Operational Excellence culture (zero defects, continuous improvement & lean environment) while maintaining high quality standards and a safe working environment.

• Heading production department, supervising technicians, production officer, planning & execution day-to-day production for the plant (capacity of 5000 tons/month with 17 different types of automatic and semi-automatic machines)
• Maintaining and sharing regular performance reports of the company
• Spearheading activities involving manpower planning (250 workers), capacity utilization, production plan assessment for performance & OEE enhancement and implementation of 5S, Kaizan & TPM - Lean manufacturing
• Collaborating and leading various critical functions like engineering / logistics / procurement/ R & D and playing
• Examining shift performance and executing corrective action plan for shortfall / deviations and/ or process control change to maintain the high standard quality and OEE
• Authenticating and monitoring systems for shop floor control
• Ensuring proper adherence to safety norms thereby creating a safe working and efficient working environment
• Directing department personnel towards set goals as per the departmental budget including expenses, manpower, cost of utility, wastage, rework, overtime etc.
• Administered small projects & costing for AATCO to ensure smooth operations
• Monitoring maintenance and servicing of the plant’s production lines to minimize down times and maximize the efficiency of all production equipment & machinery

• Led Quality Assurance Department and ensured compliance with legal requirements with Ministry of Health & Environment (MOH) of Oman
• Conducted internal & external audits such as BRC, HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO, HSE, 2P & 3P; maintained documents related to FSMS/QMS (BRC, HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9000:2008, HSE)
• Supported HTL with implementation and maintenance of QMS and FSMS
• Examined food safety incidents within the company, in coordination with HTL and Safety Officer
