1. BIM oriented designs (coordinated with all trades) with up to 5D models. Expert in EPC contracts.

10. Support QS with preparation of tender documents, such as BOQs, specifications as per (CSI Masterformat), as well as Conditions of Contract.
11. Manage design verification, peer reviews and other quality control activities.
12. Lead design validation and reviews with client counterparts and authorities.
13. Provide support during the tender process, including managing bid queries, support in evaluation of bids and support of clients during the negotiation and award process.
14. Manage changes in project scope, potential risks and contingency plans.
Work with clients, stakeholders and consultant consortium to define requirements
related to the projects.

breakwaters, sheet piles and marine stability.
