Responsibilities
* Planning of gifted youth enrichment programs and overseeing the delivery to ensure the creation of future Saudi leaders and researchers in line with Vision 2030.
* Taking part in organisational strategic planning activities and cascading the strategy to the team to translate the objectives pertaining to the department into programs and projects.
*Securing extra programs funding in the form of sponsorship and partnerships by leveraging an extensive professional network.
* Implement quality assurance measures to maximize programs output and minimize operational cost.
* Foster a culture of knowledge transfer and teamwork.
* Executing 5 innovative National Programs and developing 25 Enrichment Curriculum's targeting gifted youth, that resulted in more that 300% growth in
enrollment.

Job Role:
* Work closely with the CEO & Board and participate in policy formulation, decisions, fundraising and increasing the overall visibility of Riyadah.
* Developed and executed continuous improvement plans.
* Established and maintained relationships with various organizations which enabled Riyadah to secure funding and achieve it's strategic goals.
* Achieving great result by increasing the number of small business start-up created by Saudi entrepreneurs.

Research Title: Critical Success Factors (CSFs) for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Saudi Arabia. The objectives of this research are to identify the CSFs for SMEs in Saudi Arabia. Based on the literature review, 20 factors have been identified and subsequently structured into three groups, namely entrepreneurial, enterprise and environmental factors. The study also focuses on the SMEs Support Programme by identifying the current situation and accordingly providing recommendations based on those made by the support providers.
